MAXGRG offers international shipping (3–5 weeks) and UK delivery (3–5 business days after production). Custom items are made within 2–5 business days. Orders placed Friday–Monday ship on Wednesday; Tuesday–Thursday orders ship on Thursday. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Customers cover return postage. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Care Instructions

Avoid dry cleaning. Hand washing is preferred using cold or normal water. If machine washing, use a gentle mode with low spin and cold water only. On rare occasions, if the prints begin to peel over time, you can carefully iron them by placing baking paper on top before ironing.
